Senior year is probably the busiest and craziest year you’ve ever experienced. I know that it’s hard to plan things in advance. But when you’re talking about senior photos, you HAVE to plan in advance with your Senior Photographer!
And I don’t just mean a couple weeks early. I mean you need to book your photos MONTHS in advanced. While it might seem drastic, I only have a limited number of senior photography sessions I can take each season. And those dates fill up FAST!
If you’re wanting your photos to be in a certain season (Fall is super popular!) then you need to book months in advanced to reserve your date. Same thing for spring sessions because a lot of seniors want photos with their cap & gown – those dates fill up SO FAST!
If you wait until the last minute, there’s a good chance you won’t be able to schedule your session, or you’ll have to end up waiting anyways. So save yourself the headache, and book in advanced so you can get the photos you DREAM of, during a season that works best for you!
Plus, when you book in advance, it gives you more time to shop for your session and plan your props/locations/outfits! Booking in advance even makes it easier on your parents/grandparents (who are likely paying for the session) because it means you can get on a payment plan prior to the session so that your financial situation doesn’t ever have to hinder your senior photographer experience!
