Wife, dog mom, cancer fighter and abuse survivor - I've seen a lot in my short years and now I'm on a journey to help everyday women feel like beautiful works of art and masterpieces in their bodies and within their life because guess what?? That's what you are!!
Recently, we’ve talked about your wedding day timeline. But today, I want to specifically talk to you about how to choose the best getting ready room! Chosing a Mississippi Wedding Venue is SO important! and there are so many amazing Wedding Venues here to choose from. So it’s important to keep photography in mind when you’re making your final decision. On today’s blog I am explaining How to Choose the Best Getting Ready Room in your Mississippi Wedding Venue!
The beginning of wedding day is SO much fun! It’s intimate, the bride and groom both get to hang out with their coolest friend and family, and lastly – they get a chance to create memories they’ll cherish for years to come!
The last thing you’re probably thinking about is the lighting. But the lighting is SUPER important for those amazing getting ready shots you’ve been dreaming of! It doesn’t matter how beautiful a location is, if there’s no light or unflattering light, the photos won’t look the best. There’s one easy way to ensure great photos – The Window Effect!
Just by having one window (but the more the merrier!) I’m able to create gorgeous portraits with soft lighting. Natural light is the most flattering in photos, so the more windows the better! You’ll be amazed by how much of a difference this will make – for both the bride and the groom’s getting ready portraits!
Another tip is to make sure that the decorations and the walls are neutral colored as well. If you have a good window, but the walls are mustard yellow, it will show in photos!
So, if there’s no good lighting – then be prepared that I might move you and take some fake getting ready shots in better light so I can ensure you’ll have amazing quality photos!
